Terrible customer service and terrible job... I have used Texas Tree Farms for a few trees and I was very happy with the results. I decided to see if they could do a flowerbed for me in the front of the house. They came back with a great quote and allowed us to pick the border stones and plants to be planted. They also put in a drip irigation system for us for these plants. On the quote we had remove bermuda grass as a line item. They day they came to do the install I noticed they were just scalping the grass instead of removing it as I expected. I was assured that with the mulch they were using we would not have a problem with the bermuda coming back. Well two weeks later as you can see in the video we sent to Texas Tree Farms you will see bermuda coming up everywhere. I sent this video, an email and a text about this. I have never received a response from them. This is very poor Customer Service and I am shocked that they refuse to remedy this situation. So the 500.00 I spent for grass removal was basically an overpriced mowing. I will never use them again and recommend you think twice. I have include a few pictures but there are so many more...

I’ve purchased several plants from Texas Tree Farms, including peach and plum trees, blueberries, and other fruiting plants. Everything I’ve bought has been healthy, well cared for, and has grown very well after planting. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Their prices are also excellent compared to other local nurseries, and I’ll definitely continue shopping with them well into the future!

I spoke with Logan online and met up with him to pick up 2 blueberry bushes a climax and premier. The bushes have been amazing responding positive to the care I’ve been providing them. They blossomed so much that I went ahead and took about 70% off but left enough to taste some this season. I want them to grow more bushier from the base so I’m confident with the reaction they are giving off they will definitely do what I need them to do by next season. I’m pleased by the quality care of the 2 bushes before I took over care and also the fact they have so many options and variety’s of fruit trees and berry bushes to choose from plus so much more trees shrubs and plants. I’ve contacted Logan again and this time I’m getting a fig tree I’m excited thank you again! (Before and after, end of feb - now march)

I recently visited Texas Tree Farms in Waxahachie to pick up an order of trees. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly associate named Logan who immediately helped me with my pickup order. Logan was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Logan and the amazing service that he provided from start to end in assisting me with my pick up order! I had to leave off a star unfortunately for over all experience to give an honest review. I will say my experience started off a bit disappointing when I initially spoke with Lisa regarding the tree planting service advertised on the website for $150. I later found out that the price was actually $150 per tree plus an additional $45 shipping fee, even though I had planned to pick up the trees myself. I was mainly disappointed because I had hoped to use their company for the full planting service and felt the website pricing was somewhat misleading. That said, when I met Lisa in person she was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The location itself also has a wonderful atmosphere with a beautiful assortment of trees to choose from. They clearly have many outstanding reviews

Could not be more pleased with our experience at Texas Tree Farms. We were in the market to purchase large trees for our property and our search ended when we met Farmer. Farmer is the real deal when it comes to knowledge, expertise and experience of every variation of tree. Immediately we knew we had the right man for our project. He even visited our property to make sure we had the proper space for the vision we gave him to create. He created our dream perfectly and was on site every step of the process. If you are looking for a place that has quality products, a vast knowledge of trees and the professional means to plant the trees, please look no further. Visit them and ask for Farmer. Trust me, we looked at all the tree companies in the area. None of them had this level of expertise, nor were they competitive in price or product. We also plan to purchase more trees in the near future. Thank you Farmer for all you did!
